Thursday, August 17, 2017 – At Gen Con 50, North America’s longest-running game convention, CMON Limited is happy to host a special event for the Indianapolis-Based charity Child Advocates. The sold-out event lets convention attendees play the upcoming Rising Sun board game and gives them a chance to win a copy of the game months before release. .
The Rising Sun Charity Event takes place from Thursday, August 17 to Sunday, August 20 at CMON’s booth #415. All proceeds from the event are being matched by CMON and will be donated to Child Advocates on Sunday, August 20 at 2:00 PM EST by CMON’s CEO, Chern Ann Ng. Cindy Booth, Executive Director at Child Advocates, will be on hand to accept the check totaling $11,200.

CMON has been lucky to receive huge support throughout the years from our fans, and we are happy to work with them to give back to a great organization impacting the lives of children in Indianapolis.”

Child Advocates was named the official charity of 2017 by Gen Con and is celebrating its 35th year of advocating for children in Indianapolis.
